Raindrops in March.

Some moments are so distinct they cannot be compared to anything. This day qualified.
Pesos 39.95
February 28, 2009
Yesterday I found Edgar Pierre for 19.95 pesos.
Today I paid a fine of 20 pesos to get him back.
And at some point… he will be painted.

Right here.
No rush for words.
Ambling through contemplations
Of wonder.
Acknowledging You.
Glimpsing incomprehensible goodness.
Memorizing the pneuma of You.
Breathe me alive;
Transform.

However long.. the time has passed by in a rather undocumented fashion. Well.. undocumented in this crevice of the universe at least. And the causative factor of my de-presence? Oi.. no less than revenge of the frequently reincarnated to do list. How is it that 1 accomplishment morphs into a multitude of not yet accomplished-ments? Hmm.. the mysteries of life.
Life is full to the brim. Full of wonderful-ish things. Like a green mug full of black coffee. Like change. Paradigm shifts. New ideas. Regenerated plans. Revivified days. Good things. Good times. Grand, really.

An Occasional Whiff of Moth Balls.
April 20, 2008
I have been in a particularly reflective state of mind lately. The past couple of months have been an odd falling back into my old writing habits that I swept off the edge of the planet too long ago. Surprising and good. Today however, was not only reflective; the past and the present and future all seemed to be vying for attention. Mind boggling, but J brought some truth to my heart in regards to how He is changing me. And that is always refreshing.
Celebrate Placentas! (and sticky tack)

To start out.. I think it only right for you to be entitled a glimpse of the place I write from, study at, socialize from, laugh in and am present at more than not. This is the first time in a long while that I’ve actually been somewhere indefinite enough to think about etching out my own space. I’ve been grieving my bulletin board which I parted with a year and a half ago. So… I decided to improvise with sticky tack. The first round of generic sticky tack was disastrous.. so I went a step further with none other than Faber-Castell sticky tack. It’s nothing less than amazing. It’s even holding up picture frames… I’m quite impressed and it has my allegiance.
So.. that is the place I have spent many hours at any given time of the 24 in a day and there are plenty more coming in the future I’m sure. Well… we will have to see which outlasts the other – this blog or my infatuation with sticky tack. In closing, I might as well add… not that it matters to anyone but myself… but Faber-Castell sticky tack is not an ickily yellowish color – it is this crazy great aqua color that reminds me of swimming pools.
